Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You’ll get a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if relevant to your delivery address) so you can follow your package’s journey.
