Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase via our website or email.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for unwanted items, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

Damages & Issues

We care about your experience with TUFFMAN. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product. Once your return is received and approved, we'll process it accordingly.

All returns must be boxed, securely sealed, and clearly labeled with your full name and return address.

Please also ensure that your order number (found in your order confirmation email) is included and used to track your return. This helps us process your return faster and keep things smooth on both ends.
